熱轉(zhuǎn)印工藝是對鋁單板表面進行脫脂和化學處理，轉(zhuǎn)印加工通過熱轉(zhuǎn)印機一次加工（加熱加壓）將轉(zhuǎn)印膜上精美的圖案轉(zhuǎn)印在產(chǎn)品表面，成型后油墨層與產(chǎn)品表面溶為一體，大大提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。

覆膜工藝一般采用高光膜或魔術(shù)貼，在鋁單板表面涂布膠黏劑制成。這項技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢在于色彩鮮艷，顏色多，耐用性強。
